Nearly Off The Map

I am so inspired by the panel discussions of the Sabbath School lessons. I like to read the study lesson from the quarterly guides, and then as soon as I’m done watch the accompanying video. That way, I know exactly what is being discussed and listen for answers to any questions I might have. What an great group of young people! They must surely be inspired by the Holy Spirit! May the good Lord bless and keep Pastor Derek and his team until that glorious day of our Lord's return! Amen.

Waiting is not just something we have to do while we get what we want. Waiting is the process of becoming what God wants us to be. What God does in us while we wait is as important as what it is we are waiting for. Waiting, biblical waiting, is not a passive waiting around.

I study the quarterly as much as I can. It helps me to reconnect with the Spirit of God, keeps me grounded in the word, and functions as a guiding stick to permeates into today's complex world.
